How to Get SASSA OTP Code (One Time Pin)
When you log into your grant account, you will be sent a SASSA OTP Code for verification. This OTP, or One Time Pin, is a unique verification code that is valid for less than 15 minutes. It’s important to keep your phone nearby when accessing your SASSA account so that you can quickly receive your PIN code.

SASSA OTP Code Not Received
If you’re not receiving your OTP code and suspect it may have expired, you can try again to resolve the issue. We suggest following the steps provided to ensure you receive your OTP code accurately.
- Error Message “SASSA OTP Code Not Received
When try to enter the wrong OTP code several times, an ‘invalid token” error will appear on the display saying “already requested in 24 hours.
- Wait for 24 hours and request a new OTP Code.
- Keep your phone in a stable location with an active network connection to receive OTP instantly.
- Double-check that you have entered the correct cell phone number associated with your SASSA account.
- If you still haven’t received the OTP after 24 hours, you can contact Sassa to fix the issue.
