SASSA Card Lost

We can help you apply for a Replacement SASSA Card Lost so that you can continue to receive your social grant payments without any inconvenience. The process is similar to getting a replacement for a lost bank ATM card.

If your SASSA Card is lost, whether it’s due to misplacement, theft, or damage, it’s important to report it to Post Bank right away. This will start the process of getting a replacement card, as the SA Reserve Bank will issue a new one in exchange for the lost card.

SASSA Card Lost

If your SASSA card is lost, it is important to report it in person to either the Post Bank or Post Office. You can also send an email to [email protected] and include your Police Report File Number for a Lost Card. Reporting it will notify authorities of any unauthorized access to your Post Bank account and ensure that your lost card is blocked.
